A deposit of $1000.00 shall be received within 24 hours of purchase (Cashiers check, Certified funds or Wire transfer).

All financial transactions shall be completed within 5 days of purchase.

Payment may be in the form of a Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer.

All sales are subject to Texas VIT (Vehicle Inventory Tax) of .001940 of purchase price and a $50.00 Documentation fee.  Texas buyers are required to pay 6.25 % sales tax, title and license or transfer fees.  Out of state buyers are responsible for the taxes and registration fees charged by their home state.

In the State of Texas, titles to vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans.  In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original title, up to 21 days from the time vehicle is paid off.   We usually have all titles in our possession, however there are occasions where we are waiting for them to arrive.  We are a licensed, bonded dealer in the state of Texas and guarantee clean titles on all vehicles we sell.  We will hold all titles 10 days if payment is made by money order or cashier's check.  Titles will be sent via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

We regret it is not always possible to provide extra sets of keys, complete books, and manual or remote access devices.

The actual mileage may vary, vehicles are test driven daily.

BUYER is responsible for pick-up or transportation of vehicle.  See links menu below for shippers and approximate shipping cost.  Arrangements and expenses are BUYERS responsibility.

If you plan to have this vehicle shipped to you, we are able to provide names of carriers.   Any arrangements would be made between the BUYER and the carrier.  We have no responsibility beyond offering names and phone numbers.

If you plan to take delivery in person we are able to pick you up at DFW Airport or Love Field.  Pick-up should be Monday-Friday, 9-6.

Falcon Motor Cars discloses as much information as known about vehicles.   All vehicles are available to be driven and inspected by appointment.
